" Pee" This means "older" "Nong” This means "younger"
When you address someone in Thailand you use "Pee" (older person) or " Nong" (younger person)
If that person is named Dan and he is more older then you. You must call he“pee” Dan.
If that person is younger than you. You must call that person “nong”.
When you want to be polite don’t forget to use "kraab" (for men) and "ka" (for women)
A man would say pee Dan “kraab” and A woman would say pee Dan“ka” |
